Based on feedback from our current owners, we have improved upon our original design of the Villa Roma to bring the elegant, yet simple, appeal of the Villa Roma III to our community.  The new plan features an open concept with oversized rooms,  large windows, and vaulted ceilings all in a single story.  Our design team focused on creating custom looks in the bathrooms, kitchen, and living room.  This phase will be completed with the development of five more buildings around an existing cul-de-sac.
